Joint inventor of 3 US Patents, Rotary Wheelchair
Lift #4,664,584, Stowable Rotary Wheelchair Lift #5,180,275, and Assistive Van
Entry Seat #5,524,952. Primary inventor of 3 US Patents applied for.
Safety pioneer of mobility product designs that conform to VA, UMTA,
FTA, SAE, D409, ADA, CE, and FMVSS regulations and guidelines. Independently
authored the Wheelchair Lift Multi-Spec, a specification and test
procedure that conforms to all worldwide specifications, permitting marketing
globally. Designed and conducted experiments and tests to assure compliance
with the Multi-Spec and other regulations. Provided mobility
product safety consultation in wrongful death and injury claims.
